Seth Wolfman

Seth Wolfman is a Partner at Spruce Properties and is the Founder and CEO of New Urban Residential, the property management affiliate of Spruce Properties. Prior to founding New Urban Residential, he was a portfolio manager in fixed income and foreign exchange for Credit Suisse before leading the Chief Financial Officer Division’s trading desk for the Americas region. Seth has an undergraduate degree in Managerial Economics and a master’s from the London School of Economics (LSE).
